Kubota reqired I have tractor insurance. So my
agent said for $144 years he could add tractor to
my homeowners.

Last night I found I got the bill, put it in bib
pocket and forgot to pay it. It was an OH S***
SENIOR moment. It was due 6 weeks ago. At 11:30 pm
I called a paid it over the phone.

Then I had another OH S*** moment. I need to call
my agent and add pole barn to homeowners.

My senior moments are like the eveready bunny, they
keep coming, and comming, and comming.

Have a Merry Christmas.

Waiting on overhead door, then floor. Need floor so insulation can be sprayed on ceiling. Then I'll wait a while for concrete to cure before bring Kubota to its new home.

While floor is curing I'll work on wiring, work benches and loft storage.

I don't understand why floor needs to be in before insulation. Just have them spray walls down to dirt then the side of the slab will be insulated also.----------Loren

you must have if finance thru them, other wise I have never been required to have ins on anything,it strictly was my choice if I wanted it

When we got our RTV Kubota required flood insurance if you used there financing. My wife writes policies, but not with anybody who offers it. So we went this route. Before the first shot is fired, I've used it for a new radiator .$250.00 deductible on a $600.00 repair. If your dealer was worth a sh#t they would have offered this to you. Still got it on the RTV and got it when I bought the MX5800. I pay $340.00 a year for both machines. It's more then you paying, but the homeowners is very limited.

I did the floor first, otherwize the money would have wound up being spent on something silly like food.:) Mine is an arch building,I really needed a floor for scaffolding to roll on.

Might check with whoever you financed the Kubota through.

Chances are they went ahead and bought insurance for you at an extremely inflated rate!

If they did it will be very difficult to cancel it and you will get practically nothing back.

I was expecting you to say you forgot to transfer enough from savings to checking. Ask me why I thought of it.

OK I'll ask, Why did you think of that?

When it comes to banking I've tried my best to
eliminate senior monents.
All bills are Auto paid via checking or credit
card. Credit cards are auto paid from checking. All
income is auto deposited into either checking or
savings. My personal and business checking is
overdraft protected from savings.
Never paid a late fee on anything. Never paid
credit card interest.

It would be a disaster if I didn't have auto paid
on everything.

David,
Life is good in my hood. How about you?
Is your uncle Eddie coming to our house with his motorhome?

Steve,
Kubota ran the 0% finance through a company. Either I bought insurance from them, over $400/ year, or I give them my Insurance policy Number.
All went through just fine. I have the payment auto paid via checking. My monthly Annunity income is auto deposited in same checking. It's a no brainer, free interest and making money from Annunity which is guaranteed income for the rest of my life.
So in 4 years and 10 months I can buy another new tractor and in 3.5 years I can buy another new car.

Formaldehyde is a colorless, flammable, strong-smelling chemical that is used in building materials and to produce many household products.

Formaldehyde is frequently used in plywood, fiberboard, resins, glues, and several other construction components. ... In March of 1982, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) called for a ban on urea foam formaldehyde insulation (UFFI).Mar 21, 2008
Recently some Flooring from China came to US had Formaldehyde.
My pole barn will be well vented. I'm not worried about Formaldehyde, This spray foam is used on homes.
