Nice looking equipment. 2 questions: a. it looks like 4 notches in the rear wheel centers and b. is that
a flail mower or rototiller on front of trailer?

someone must have cut those notches years ago for chains ,,yes thats a small tiller,,that tractor wont run it,,but the finish mower hooked to it,it should run that ok
