Jay, Thanks for the post. There isn't any Oliver/White support anywhere in this area in Southern Middle Tennessee. But, when I lived in Minnesota one of the guys that I worked for/with had an Oliver 1650. I loved that tractor. I'd love to have one but without support, and I probably couldn't afford to buy it anyway, I don't suppose I'll ever have one. I think that vintage of Olivers is the best looking tractors ever built.

That series Oliver have never been around but if I was looking for a new tractor then it would have been the Oliver and NOT the deere that was trying to compet with them as to this day you could not give me one of those deeres to use.
 
Jimmy has had that Case LAI conversion with the Detroit in it and the VAI for several years now. They might sell, or they may disappear back up to the barn by his house.--Loren
 
Yes, my favorite line of his is when he tells the auction buyers ? this sells today? a month later it?s in the country folks in his add in the classified section!
 
Seems there are more posts that ?are? ot, than
tractor posts, so now tractors are ot, or the minority.
