That looks like an older IH/McCormick picker. It has an elevator to take the snapped ears to the bin.

One of those is on a tractor show grounds near Shelby Iowa-pull type. Dad had been telling me of one that mounted on a tractor that they had for a short time as he was growing up! He saw the pull type and said that is the one they had-only mounted! It was such a beast to mount and take off that they finally scrapped it!
