Typically used as a bunker rake on a golf course. Usually has a device either behind or underneath for smoothing the sand after the blade in front moves the sand around.

I see it does have a brush underneath. Typically they do not have agressive tires on the rear that would leave marks in the sand.

Overprice, yes, but they are expensive as all golf and turf equipment.

Does Craigslist require a price to be posted? If so, it might just be some number punching numbers to get by that requirement. Obviously nobody is asking that kind of money (I don't think).

Even 11,ooo would be steep. This outfit is just to the west of Philadelphia. They make a lot of very specialized equipment for Golf courses. Couple of pictures of just two items. This stuff is built to "maintain" the course not build a new one. They work on the greens and get the job done without distractions or disturbances to the players. Some strange looking equipment but well built and specialized. That one in the add is a sand trap groomer
