Varies a lot depending on area, soil types, seed variety and conditions throughout the growing season. We?ve grown soft red wheat up 100 bushel an acre in this area and hard red wheat up to 75 bushels an acre. 75 an acre average on soft red and 55 on hard would be fair over the last 4-5 years.

We raise it here, SWI, as part of rotation with corn ans soybeans to help control resistant weeds. I had 100 ,105,85,86 bu/acre yields on soft red winter past 4 years and we have to market 1.2 tn of straw to make any profit.
