Best disc for the job

I cleared some land and some of the stumps we grinded and some we dug up with trackhoe and there is still some limbs and trash on the ground what will be the best plow to use thinking about getting a off set disc or use the chisel plow and plow shallow to try and rake up some of the roots etc.

To clear the debris a landscape rake should work. A chisel plow or all purpose plow set shallow will move stuff also. A spiked harrow/chain harrow could also be used. If the intent is to clean it up and plant grass a regular disc will then work.
