Best disc for the job

I cleared some land and some of the stumps we grinded and some we dug up with trackhoe and there is still some limbs and trash on the ground what will be the best plow to use thinking about getting a off set disc or use the chisel plow and plow shallow to try and rake up some of the roots etc.

If the intent is to use the cleared land for production, getting the branches and woody remains off is critical. Landscape rakes are really good for this. (example shown is not an endorsement of that brand) Shallow ripping every 20 to 30 inches to about 12 inches deep, will bring up most roots remaining in the tillage area, then rake. Jim

We helped cleared 50 acres a few years ago down the road from us. Mowed some with the brush hog, plucked some with mini excavators. We brought our JD 1640 plowing disc down there and dissed it twice.
