I would like to pull from the YT accounting knowledge base.

I thought that there were tax changes on S corp income for 2019, can someone tell me the rates?

With all due respect, I would call my CPA on this one. I personally would not base any tax decisions on what lay people may say on here even if they do attest to be a CPA.

irs.gov on the front page. Scroll down, choice # 7: Get Answers To Your Tax Questions,

You can also call them. Years back they were not to bad on waiting time. I guess they still man the phones?

Subchapter S Corporations are pass through entities and most things are passed to the shareholders who then pay the taxes. An oversimplified version of what happens but if you have specific questions about items of income and expense or other items related to S Corps, send me an email. When I started in this business over 30 years ago S corps were a bit of a specialty as most of my clients at the time used that vehicle for their businesses. Most still do. I think they are versatile entity for tax planning which is getting harder with every year. My email is open in modern view if you cannot access it in classic. Shoot me whatever you want to know...no charge.
