SWMBO and I are thinking about a trip to the sun in mid-winter- which Flywheelers event do you go to? How far is it from The Barbecue King?

Counsellor, I exhibit at both the January and February (biggest show) Florida Flywheelers and am there the entire show. Its way out in the boonies (no major cities close) Southeast of Fort Meade Florida. A couple "Towns" nearby would be Bartow to the Northwest or Sebring to the Southeast. For rookies I advise a minimum of two days, one entirely in the Village and one on the exhibit grounds and reserve a golf cart as its miles n miles and acres n acres. I'm on the grounds an entire 11 or 12 days but the general public can only come in show days. If you actually decide to go e mail me and I will send some maps and tips on the show.

Checked the map, and it would actually be pretty convenient from wife's friends place at Dunedin (due west of Tampa). No idea if we'll actually make it, but will let you know. Have regretted not getting together with you when you were in our country several years ago.
