I think it rolled off a trailer.There is a chain laying by the rear tire.

If it got hit by an oncoming vehicle there would be oil/antifreeze spots in the road from that vehicle also.-------------Loren

I think you have it. This could be an accident/emergency response class setup. They do it with smushed cars around here and some times they get really crazy. When I was in boy scouts the county response team staged a school bus crash at the local high school. When that call went out they called the entire county to respond. I just had brush burns, had a tag pined to me. Some kids thought it was cool to have a DOA tag on them till they actually dumped them off in the Morgue for a half hour and just left them there.

Hate it when that happens. My JD B got hit by an on coming car when I was a kid. Guy was looking for the cigarette he had dropped. The wrecker had to make three trips to haul it home. I just got stiches in my shin from contact with the clutch handle.

Recall two MM tractor --semi accidents in early 60's.My grandfather driving a U and plow on state hy and simi passing pulled in too soon hitting tractor rear wheel which dumped trailer into ditch.Tractor axle damaged and grandfather unhurt. Second was semi accelerating out of town veers right to avoid a motorbike and hits a MM 602LP parked in front of propane dealer.The tractor was pulverized.The city snowplow pushed the broken parts,tires,transmission,engine,etc into a pile.Truck had minor damage.
