Voltage regulator up date

Thanks to all who responded to the my earlier post. After more testing it turns out the new regulator (from a major parts supplier) was bad right out of the box. Warranty replaced it and tractor is good to go.

Unfortunately, that is not uncommon. As I've said before: "a new part is one that has not yet been given the opportunity to fail"

I don't think anyone truly rebuids unit anymore.They just get a new coat of paint and a new box. Not like the old days.When shops
truly knew how to rebuild them.
