Good times in the kingdom

Had a great weekend! My favorite youngest daughter came home from Colorado this weekend with her kids. Most of the rest of the family either came over it we went to their house, so was busy. Weather sucked on Saturday, but still got out and did things. Started with a tractor ride in the snow, my granddaughter insisted. Lol.

Took another yesterday when it was nicer. Grandson learned to drive too.

Saturday I had to fix my work car and Emmarie was in that up to her elbos.

That girl is plugged directly into 220 volts, smart as can be and afraid of nothing.

The kids all got together and built a fort in the straw in the hay mow. They worked on that and played in it all afternoon yesterday.

I even got to hold my youngest grandson Griffin.

Was really a great weekend and I had a blast! I'm going to miss them when they leave to go home tomorrow.

jonfmn,

Great pics. Looks like a lot of good family times were had... a lot of great memories made!

These pics sure bring back memories:

Hay forts built in our uncle's barn in WI... Good times.

Your granddaughter - I was that kid too. Always helping in the garage and the hog barn. :)
I think Dad was just trying to even the score. LOL... had 4 girls and only 2 boys - so he called me George (or more frequently - Mighty Mouse).

Hay forts, cob corn slides, and rock piles were all things the nieces, nephews, and cousins found appealing on the farm. And the raspy tongue of a young calf!
