My power steering went out ! help !

Can anyone tell me where to look if all my hydralics work except my power steering . This thing is killing my arms . I appologise in advance I do not know why my pictures keep importing upside down . but anyway can you help me figure out why my power steering went out .

IF there is a filter change it unless it was just changed. Can you put a gauge in the lines to check if you actually have any pressure at the valve? Is it full of oil also.

Power steering pump and filter canister is located on the front left side of engine behind the loader
mount frame. It is independent of the main operating system.
