I wouldn't mind having a 99 Hoe. Even with a lot of miles. New headlights you say? Nice.(quoted from post at 19:50:12 10/07/19) My winter vehicle is a 99 Hoe with 200,000 miles and have never added anything to the oil.Always changed at 5K. Motor has never been opened. Plugs at 100K and 200K. Windshield, door handle, Downstream sensors, couple of belts and headlights. That's all.

Although Lucas products have a good reputation, spending your money on more frequent oil changes will likely benefit your engine more than an additive will.
