Early corn is 175 at 15%. The late corn will probably not break 75. Beans been around 35 and dry. The last one I ran yesterday were under 10%. The spring was real wet and then it got hot and dry. We got one good rain in middle of August and today was the first time since then( we got a tenth maybe)

So. central Mn. I got 30 acres beans out. Right around 50 bpa. 12.1 moisture. Not great but better then I thought. Haven't turned a wheel for 8 days. Rain, rain, rain.

Not ripe enough to try yet. The leaves are still on the beans and the corn is still green. Going to be a late harvest with lots of wet fields by the looks of it. We have had lots of rain in the last 3 weeks like we had last spring.

haven't heard any numbers but everything is late. some guys are just starting to "fill silos" with chopped corn. about 2+ weeks later than usual.

i've seen a few beans taken off. a bit of corn but the stalks are green green grenn and the ears haven't drooped. i would think its gotta be really wet.

i've never understood the guys around here. rush rush rush to get it in and rush rush to get it out. i would think going full speed thru the field would have lots of losses and spend a ton of $ drying would eat all the profits.

I'd never seen anyone pick corn in the rain until we moved to Indiana.

Not much done here in wc Iowa. Hope to get on beans today or tomorrow, gonna be muddy. Will let you know Wednesday night how the first beans are.
