I have a 1970 mf 1080 with multi power and 7500 hours on tach , the transmission started a ticking noise that gets louder when the hydraulic levers are used but implements raise and lowered with ease even at idle engine speed does anyone have any suggestions on what could be wrong I?ve never done transmission work on this tractor,I bought this 1080 in 1996 with 4300 hours it has been a very dependable tractor for me and I?d like to get it fixed thank you for any help
