TSX Carburetor

This flange is from a supposed M/S TSX241 carburetor. There are two very small holes they
are the smallest holes in the picture and 2 same on the other side that exit into the
throat What do they do.

More accurately stated, they are "bowl vents", providing a pressure equalizing passage between the upper float bowl area and the "air horn"/low pressure area ahead of the venturi.
