I saw this at an auction last spring. It's a Farmall B rear, Kubota engine, hydrostat drive. The gear shift is locked in gear looked like second.

Sure looks like WC AC wheels and rims,Farmall does share the same lug pattern with the WC but never have seen any of those 28" rims that were Farmall.WC power unit also.
