It looks like a Mini Minni-------------Loren
I also vote home made. Get a load where the radiator is. Be pretty good in the
winter except the fan would be sucking air so it would be even colder. The AC
Mack trucks and others were set up that way. Two vertical radiators built into
the front of the cab behind the engine.
