ordering YT parts

I've always had good luck ordering parts from YT but this morning was a little challenging. Tried on-line. First the site didn't
like the way I entered my credit card number. Fixed that. Then it didn't like the way I entered my name. Fixed that. Then it said
it just didn't like my computer. OOOOOOOOOOKKKKKKKKKK. So I called and was # 10 in line. I'll try calling again this afternoon.

update. although I got a message box stating there was a problem with my order when I submitted it I just checked my e-mail and there was a confirmation on my order! I'll never understand the mysterious workings if the interweb. Maybe we are not supposed to.

I only order from here if it can't be had anywhere else. Their parts searching is terrible you have to guess where they decided to hide stuff. Their phone service is beyond tolerable with wait times, hire another freaking person for God's sake! They charge $12 to ship a frigging gasket. Don't know how they stay in business. I think lots of loyalty is misplaced. Every other forum I visit doesn't sell stuff and most have rules against it. These folks will censor posts recommending other vendors, just not right, remember, "Miracle on 34th street"
