My doctor suggested I have a lung Xray, along with some blood tests. I really didn't want to because of all the dust I have sucked in most of my life, and the chemical fumes in my factory job. I was around stuff they have banned now, Better to find out something now, and not later. I got a call from the doctor, he said lungs looked good. Stan

Stan that's good to hear. I think you and I are the same age I am 77. I go later this week for blood test from family Dr. and would kind of like him to order a check on lungs again. I went to IU Hospital on the 3rd for a look inside bladder again he told me he is going to have to clean up the cancer again before too awfully long. I know family Dr. is going to be unhappy with A1C as I have picked up a little weight.

I had my shoulder and neck X-Rayed today. and the joints look good but the neck has bad arthritis

Jim, As you mentioned I am 77 also. There isn't too many ways to see the inside of the balder. I had that done one time. Ouch. Stan

The body has an amazing ability to heal itself . In just days after quitting smoking the body will already be healing itself in a few months even more damage will be repaired

Stan,
7 years ago I helped neighbour turn his chicken coop into hay storage. Got a bad case of histoplasmosis, lung infection from chicken poo.
X-rays showed countless black spots in my lungs, plus a 1 inch diameter tumor in lower lungs.
They said the black spots were caused by living in Indiana, coal fired power plants produce tons of partical polution.
I'm extremely sensitive to diesel exhaust. It's like an elephant is sitting on me. I think some of the black spots are from seat time on diesel tractors when I was a kid.
I do everything I can to keep airborn particles out of my lungs. Only wish I had a cab on tractor when I'm mowing.
When I'm sucking up leafs with agri-vac I wear a full face resperator to keep the dust and mold out of lungs and my eyes. No fun wearing resperator. No fun caughing and dirt in eyes either.
