Sadly I'm guilty of all but two of these.

They missed one. Have you stomped the floor in your car looking for the clutch??? I have. LOL

One that I have to watch is the shifter pattern. My daily driver is a 2003 Saturn Vue. It is a manual. Well in a 10 or 13 speed, reverse is to you and forward. Well in the Saturn that is first gear. Kind of gets your attention when your in a tight parking space looking to back out and go forward. LOL So far I have not bumped the car in front of me but I have came darn close.

Pushed an old Freightliner all day to pickup a load of machinery
for an implement dealer.
Had a heck of a time driving my 500 cc motor bike home that evening!!!

Guilty on 90% Worst part is I had a cat that rode with me and as soon as I opened the door she would jump in the truck and was ready to go. Did over a million miles in 8yrs had to leave her home after 10 she couldn't jump up into the bunk anymore.

I'm guilty of a few of those. Checking clearance the most. Even my pick up is tall with the contractors cap and ladder racks. Another is paying attention to bridge weight limits.

In my case, I try to stop at the RR crossings in the pu(Hazmat driver) 2000 miles on a new KW,I have just about pushed my left boot through the floorboard reaching for the clutch, but I kinda like the automatic.

I get in my pickup with an automatic transmission after driving truck all day during harvest and for about 1 second my right hand does this floaty dance in the air thing looking for a phantom stick shift that isn't there.

When I first got the 2470 4WD Case, I kept trying to find individual wheel brakes with my foot while turning- just stabbing it in the air.
