JD 60 upper water pipe specs...

Posted on JD forum too but no reply, what?s the specs on the diameter and length of pipe needed for the JD 60 upper water pipe from radiator casting to the thermostat housing, I?m going to make one..

P.S. The pipe is located with 'O' rings. I have replaced the rings in mine and used some pipe goop (given by a friend) that is used for plasitc sewer pipe joining - very slippery.

Ten four on the o-rings, found some on a site but they want $13 shipping for their o-rings, too much in my opinion. Stopping by a hydraulic repair shop tomorrow and see if I can come up with something locally that will work

I could measure the OD of mine and get back to you if you like. Mine were in good shape, just weeping from the gillion year old 'O' rings.

ID of o-ring A4444R is 2.850 IN. Spec's for pipe A4443R aren't listed on JDparts.com

I don't know how far they had to ship them but you probably can't drive there and back for the freight.

Found what I needed and ordered parts this morning from OLDJDFORYOU Parts, the upper water pipe was $30.00 and both o-rings were $8.62
