What?s your preferred tool brand ?

Snap on makes really nice tools,we don?t own any here,Dad always loved his Gray tools. There?s a sold in Canada brand called Mastercraft Maximum that we have a lot of that are decent enough tools. I find Stanley tools are decent quality now as well. I have a set of the black ones in a socket set with 1/4,3/8&1/2? that I really like. What are some of your favourites?

does Snap-On really make tools or do they just have someone put the Snap-On name on them? I'm thinking someone else makes them and we pay dearly for the Snap-On name.

Snap on does make their own hand tools. I can't speak for everything but they at least make the majority of what they put the snap on name on. They are not all american made though but snap on has manufacturing plants worldwide. Blue point is the cheaper line of products, im not sure they make any of those, but I doubt they do
