Ford New Holland 7740 hydraulic sleeve repair

I have a leaky hydraulic sleeve connecting the large hard lines underneath my 7740. Bought the replacement 3" hose. The old one is just held on by two hose clamps.

Any tips on removal and replacement after the clamps removed? It seems locked in place. Was. It sure how much force I could pu on to remove and how flexible the hard lines would be to get the new one on.
