After I time the gears behind rotor what kind of grease do I use? Also 2 oiling locations on mag ,what oil in those? Thanks

The grease can be lithium (normal) gun grease or moly grease, don't use graphite grease. The oil is just what ever engine oil. Jim

I use mystic red hi temp grease, the oiler holes just 2 or 3 drops apiece, then about a drop every 6 to 8 months,a little goes far

Do those have fiber gears or metal ? if fiber I'd think no lube should be put on them.
If you do grease I think I'd use a silicone dielectric grease like point rubbing block lube. This way if it flings into the rotor area it won't help the spark jump to the wrong places.

One gear is steel and one is fiber.

The grease is in a chamber separate from the rotor area, and there's no issue with the grease getting on the rotor, unless (I suppose) you massively overgrease it.
