What can I possibly do with this ruined rained on hay?

Fortunately it is a very small field and there are only 90 bales, but I have no stock to feed it to. I will have to check around to excavation contractors that may need mulch.

Like someone else said. Beef cattle will eat it. My Grandmother told me when the fields were getting bare of grass, they would burn the stickers off cactus leaves for cow feed. I'm sure those cows would have liked to have your hay. Stan

Rained on our hay this morning, maybe 2". Some of it is second cutting alfalfa, rest is fescue and assorted weeds. Tried to bale it Sunday but was rapping on rollers at 5:30, had to quit. Got about 60 4x5 bales. Probably 30 or more left. But rain was needed.

I just baled hay that has been rained on
everyday since I cut it. 7 times. Dry
enough to bale today. Costumer is selling
it for cow hay.

Rained on laying out flat or in the windrow, then it dried again, you then raked and baled? Or it rained on the finished bales? If on finished bales, how much rain? A little rain on finished bales will not hurt it if it can be in the sun for several hours.

Looks like it has good color yet.

It'll sell next winter when there is less feed around. Might have to sell for less money. If you saw the hay I sold last year you would be glad you have that to sell.
I had a new seeding of Alfalfa that had so many weeds in it you could not see the hay when I cut it.
