I?ve got some hay that I?m selling. My question is where should I sell
the hay? I?ve got an add on Craigslist and a paper in the farm and
garden. Is there any other websites or other ways to let people know?
Thanks.

Hardwares, feed stores and many local businesses often have bulletin boards near the entrances for public use. Your county extension agent may have leads for you.

Problem is, EVERYBODY is trying to sell hay right now. You're a speck in an already flooded market. Plus most buyers at this time of year already have suppliers lined up, and the ones that don't, don't for a reason. They're either trying to undercut their supplier, which means they don't pay squat, or they just don't pay.

If you can store it and you're not cash-strapped, the time to sell is in February-March-April when people run short. All the regular suppliers are sold out already, and most places it's going to be 2-3 months before the grass starts growing.
