Crop progress at Rantoul

It's about two weeks until the Half Century of
Progress show starts. Has anyone been around the
fields to see if the corn will reach physiological
maturity? I think the soybeans are typically desiccated for the show but this year I wonder if many pods have formed a bean yet.

Yo Earl, I plan to attend and will arrive Monday (in my RV) as an exhibitor. If Jimmy lets me I will stay there in St Joe the night before. Maybe meet up with your there ???
