Would have been kind of the guy videoing to point that out, everyone makes mistakes, maybe his helpers got overly amambitious stacking the load, maybe it was a different truck than usual and they didn't realize it had a vertical exhaust. But I suppose this clown videoing figured a minute of kindness wasn't worth losing his chance at a viral video

Could it be the guy taking the video never noticed the exhaust at the time the video was taken???

Could also be that the loaders thought they could use the end of the exhaust tip as a crutch under that particular bale.
After all they are good solid bales and the pipe exit is vertical so the pointy ended exhaust will keep the bale up enough.

At least this guy has an "excuse", somewhat. Anyone could have overlooked the exhaust.
My Dad and I were coming back from a fishing trip one day and had stopped for a bottle of pop. All of a sudden, we notice a truck loaded w/ hay on fire. Seems the driver was smoking a cigarette and flicked it out his window. POOF!!
Of course, to make matters worse, he pulled into the first open parking lot he came to, which was a GAS STATION!!

Reminded me of a truck fire I saw as a kid in the 40's. Neighbor was hauling oat bundles to threshing machine with a 2.5 ton IH flatbed truck (rest of us were hauling with wagon and horses) and somehow exhaust caught load on fire at the thresher. Can still see them backing burning truck away from the barn.
