Help me ID ford tractor

I need help identifying this old ford
Thank you for your time!
Serial number is in pic but maybe a swapped rear?
 
Serial number is 820 then below is diamond 125916 and it has a3 point and PTO

820 is the model and by the serial number it's a 1957. An 820 wouldn't have originally had a PTO or 3 point hitch, so someone must have added them or like you said, maybe the rear was swapped out. Hope this info helps!

So can you see the pictures? They are not showing on my device, I got the thing starting up great and running great but when I try to rev up RPMs it settles back down to high idle what should I try next to fix that?

No, I can't see the pictures either. I was just going by the numbers that you gave.
