Can anyone tell me and show me pics of all the draining locations for the hydraulic system on an IH 1066. I hear there are 3, but have not seen anything on YouTube or my manual. I believe the tractor is a 1973. If You don t mind pics can be sent to [email protected]. Thank you.

Just crawl under it and lay on your back and start looking up at the belly for the drain plugs with
the square holes , one is under the draw bar . Ya need a 1/2 inch square plug socket and a 3/8ths
square male plug socket .

Ok, when you say the "drawbar" where exactly are you referring too. I see the 3 pt connection (two arms that go up and down, then the top hole for connecting a unit) but not sure where to locate that one drain plug at the drawbar.

Radami, welcome to YT! I am attaching a link to the
CaseIH online parts manual for your tractor. It will
open to a diagram showing one of the drawbar
options for the 1066. This is a swinging style and
number 11 should bolt up under the tractor in the
center slightly behind where you climb up to get on
the tractor. There is a possibility that your tractor did
not come with any type of drawbar other than the 3
point hitch or it has been removed. I can?t believe an
operators manual for your tractor does not show the
drain plug locations. If you have repair manual
rather than an operators manual you should look to purchase an operators manual. If you have some
computer knowledge you should be able to use the
...back to manual... button to navigate in the parts page to other break down sections to see all the
parts break downs for your tractor. Just a word of
warning the parts sight does not view well on a
phone. Best of luck, hope this helps.

Radami, generally in order to get to the one above the main drawbar, you need to just drop the pin that holds the front end of the drawbar, and then shove the drawbar back a few inches.
