I have seen several Co-op tractors that were no
relation to any Cockshutt tractor. Some had
Chrysler engines and would go somewhere around
40mph

Not the early ones. Early Cockshutts were rebadged Olivers. COOPs were Cockshutts beginning in 1946 when Cockshutt started making tractors with the 30 which was the COOP E3 and other private label brands.
