I was thinking about you today.
Looks like if the forecast holds this thing will be coming right up your driveway.

75 mph winds is pushing it based on development so far.
I would be more worried about the rain.

But yes looking at local store shelves you would think Mega Super storm Barry was knocking on our door.

Andrew in 92 hit us with 100plus mph winds and rain.this is nothing we haven?t seen before.we will probably be on the better side of the storm rain wise anyway.just hope it doesn?t linger.how about you?ready for a rain event?

Yes this is nothing we have not seen in the past.
In fact if this storm was coming out of the northwest there would be no mention about it other than it is going to rain tomorrow.
But since it is coming out of the southeast it is all of a sudden a big deal.

We are ready.
Stay dry.

Read something yesterday I thought was funny. Most people prepare for a
hurricane by stocking up on bottled water, flashlight batteries ,fill their gas tank ,board up windows.t. But us people in Texas and Louisiana be like better mow my grass.
