Any idea what kind? Can't read what's on the side. Looks like tractor from the mind of a pipe-fitter.

The Thieman tractor, manufactured by the Thieman Harvester Co. in Albert City, Iowa, from 1936-1942 or so, originally came in pieces as a kit, to be assembled by the buyer, who had to provide an engine, driveshaft and rear axle.

The Thieman tractor manufactured in Albert City Iowa. I do not know drivetrain this one has but they used whatever was available.

Only one I have ever seen was sold at auction on June 21st. It had a 60 HP v8 ford engine & drive train. I
forgot the price.

Interesting...for those looking to save a few bucks, maybe they could send $5 and get plans to build the whole tractor!
