Sometimes she cranks and runs great, sometimes gas pours out carb. Sometimes while you driving around, and all is well, it will choke and die and gas will be running out of carb. Any ideas? Thanks

Something up with the needle/seat/float.
Typical problems, trash coming down the line getting in the needle valve. This is from a contaminated tank, missing strainer screen.
Float set too high.
Worn needle/seat sealing surface.
Leaking float, partially sunk not putting enough sealing pressure on the needle valve.
Float bent, hitting the inside of the bowl.

You either have a bit of dirt/rust in the carb blocking the float needle open or the float it self is hanging up on the side of the carb due to bouncing around from the drive
