Every man, woman, and child, that lives in this great nation, should have to listen and KNOW every single fact talked about in these videos. Paul Harvey's is the one that would be lampooned the worst in today's PC culture. They all where affluent white men so they all where bad men to many today. July 4th is a celebration of our freedom. It was made possible by these men that had the most to loose. Do you think that many, if any, of today's "leaders" (of either political party) would pledge all they have to help anyone other than themselves?????? We are talking about their very lives not just their money.

We all need to THANK GOD that 56 men did gather together and make that pledge.

Back in the old days, in elementary, jr. high, and high school, these <s>"[i:654c4848f0]facts[/i:654c4848f0]"</s> values were learned in history, civics, and economics classes.

These values were also learned by those attending both Sunday school and church.

These values were also learned in U.S. history and U.S. government courses in college.

In addition these values were learned in constitutional law while attending law school.

With the technology that is available, "[i:654c4848f0]every man, woman, and child, that lives in this great nation[/i:654c4848f0]" has an opportunity to research these values.
 
With all of the revisionist history being pushed today, I wonder how soon it will be before all of the Washington buildings, parks, boulevards, etc will be renamed since our first President was a slave owner.
 
Not many around like those guys anymore. We recited the Pledge of Allegiance in grade school every morning. I doubt it's done much anymore. Stan
 
Thanks for reminding us, as I don't need to be, but others do. I guess you heard that Charlottesville is doing away with celebrating one of this Countries Founding Fathers Birthday, Thomas Jefferson's Birthday. He founded UVA also. I will never do business in that town. And I do live in Virginia.
