Fuerst Manure Spreader Identification

I acquired a Fuerst manure spreader that needs work but I have no clue of the model number or history of these units. Mine has a wood 2x cap on the top edge and is green. A small spreader but want to get it up and running. The internet does not have any history on the company or spreaders. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Love that v-belt drive to the rear. There was a larger spreader (Case ?) that tried that.

Contact a Rhino dealer. Alamo bought Fuerst, and we used to sell their harrows and spinner spreaders when
we were Rhino dealers.

I will tell you this, though. Alamo is really bad about supporting discontinued equipment. Don't be
surprised if nothing is available.

Did you ever find parts for that spreader? I just obtained the same spreader that needs parts and im looking for help.

I got one just like it a couple of years ago. I rebuilt and beefed up the ratchet drive and I could spread soil if I wanted to. It took a lot of messing around chasing down under engineered components in turn as they presented their shortcomings. I can run it on either speed on my 2 speed PTO tractor. It works great so far. Still fine tuning the rotating flail to fit my application needs. I tried to attach a video but the site won't let me.
