I been trying to sell whole tractor, good running, working, raked hay with it today, for $1400. You might be better off to look for a whole one as an engine.
 
Any engine from a M or 40 will work. Block part is M64T, just find one with that number and good to go. Where are you located? That info helps. I know where there a few of them, for sale.

The 420 also?
You could use the waterpump or not?

The 40 engine has stronger connecting rods and a few items here and there beefed up from the M.
