Made in Greenwich, OH. My grandfather had one that burned up in a barn fire in 1928. Dad farmed with horses and later bought an Allis B, not another Centaur. The company built tractors of more conventional four wheel style later on. They appeared to be well built machines, but I never saw one on a farm, but the State of Ohio used a bunch of them to mow roadsides in the 50's and 60's. The company was later bought by the LeRoi engine company.

Like paul said they were sold to the Leroi company that make air compressors. It's now owned by Westinghouse and still in business in Sidney ohio. Here's a 1963 model 125 Leroi compressor tractor. It's a 6 cylinder engine.The front4 run the tractor,the rear 2 are the air compressor.
