So I took off my carburetor this morning and took it apart. The butterfly disc part of the choke assembly (the round disc that blocks the air flow to the carb) was tough to remove because the small brass screws were all buggered up. When I got the choke assembly apart, I noticed that round disc part of the choke was not flat, it was bent at one corner.
Is the round disc of the choke assembly supposed to be bent? If not, where can I find just that round butterfly disc part of the Zenith carb? The screw that attach the disc to the choke shaft might also need replaced, but I am having a hard time finding them.
Thank you for your help,
John
