The term "Open Station" is used to describe a tractor without a cab. Does anyone use "Closed Station" to describe a tractor with a cab?

No, But you could be the one to start, but also only three letters in "cab" and it takes ten more letters to spell "closed station".

Over 40 years working at dealer on tractors and never heard the word open station until I got on this internet thing.

Heck, then there's "bareback". (Used to describe a tractor, in this case.)

Growing up, I called them "cab" and "cabless".

I found a 30 series sales brochure and it's pretty interesting how they labeled some things in the Sound-Gard cab - the dash and steering wheel were marketed as the Control Island. They called the cab itself a module.
