It's been so wet can't do any field work. I bought a bunch of calves to fill my mornings and evenings. Might as well repost this to remind everyone and invite any newbies. Go ahead and bookmark it so you have access later.

Been a while since I mentioned my Member Map. It's still there. If you want to see where your YT neighbors are, look them up. Want to be included? add yourself and I'll approve your request in a few days. Leaving YT? Sorry to see you go, but if you want to be removed send me an email. If you see anyone who has passed email it to me. I'll add a zz RIP so they are at the end of the list and as a memorial. Any shows are listed first with an 01 and white marker.

Disclaimer: This is not sponsored nor endorsed by YT. Just something I'm doing on my own. I enjoy it. Hope everyone likes it and finds it useful.

Thanks. I enjoy checking where other members live for reference on their comments about weather, crops, etc.

Nice. I added me. Didn't zoom in to accurately place marker but its close. On my property anyway.

onefarmer I really appreciate you doing this. It interests me as I do a little traveling here in the Midwest to se where members are or might be during my travels.
Thank you very much for doing this.

I don't understand what's happening, when I try to book mark this "map" page, "bookmark this page" goes away and my computer all but stops. I have to go to another site and let it settle down. Must be doing something wrong.

Thanks for doing this!

I'm pretty computer illiterate, but doing this must have taken a lot of work. I wouldn't know where to begin

It does come in handy!

Steve Zeemap made it fairly easy. I was adding manually at the start, then I found where you all could put yourself on but I was having to look at each one. Then I found where it had to be approved before they would show. I get an email for each and every entry. It's still work but not bad at all. It will do more than just show pins but I don't know much about that.

(quoted from post at 07:45:11 05/30/19) Thanks. I enjoy checking where other members live for reference on their comments about weather, crops, etc.
I'm trying to figure out how to do that.

To IHC Pickups, I am writing to you because I am attracted to your user name: "IHC PICK UPS." I am the proud owner of a '56 IHC pick up. It has a 240 6 engine and a 4 speed transmission. It is in excellent mechanical condition and fair to poor body condition. It is in storage in doors in a pole barn. I haven't driven it for probably 15 years, but I'm sure it would start and run easily. I haven't had time to work on it because I have been too busy working on my tractors. I am torn about what kind of restoration I might do. In other words should I restore to original condition or should I put a modern engine and drive train in it. If I restored it to original, I would like to change the gear ratio in the differential. It is really slow in its present ratio. I could use some help in learning how to change the gear ratio. What have you done on your pick ups and why? I grew up on a farm in Nebraska and our neighbor had a '56 IHC and the son in that family who was 1 year younger than me drove it to school, etc. Theirs was red. Mine is baby blue.

I hope that my "off-topic" response does not break any rule or offend you.

Thank you, David(CO)

I had trouble too and had to click and drag the box higher in order to hit the submit button.
Little arrow on top bar of box, left click and hold, move box higher. Worked for me.

Thank you one farmer. Next time Ma and I drive to Ohio I want to meet some fellow y/t ers. Been close to several traveling I-80 and 90 over the years and didn t know it. Might meet some in Wyoming this summer. Going to spend a week there in July. RB

From Wm. Eccles - Jardine Could you please correct the locater pin on my place #146. It needs to be moved from the N.W. corner of #2 and #119 to the S.E. side of #2 and #119 if you want correct placement.

When you told me you drove by my place at one of our luncheons I had forgotten about you doing the map making it easy to find me.

Thanks for taking the time and trouble to make and monitor the map. I know it is way beyond my computer skills to do such a thing.
