Farmall cub 1948 Touch Control hydraulic block

Need some info on removing the pressure regulator valve seat that holds the pressure relief ball in place. There is an o-ring on this that I would like to replace.
The seat is brass and has slots where if you had the tool, looks like it would turn. But I'm not sure about that. The ball is in the center and you'd have to push it down in order to turn seat.
There is video out there but not for the seat I have.
 
I cannot think of the name of the tool, I keep wanting to call it a tie rod socket, but it is a socket with a very large straight screwdriver bit on the end. I had to grind the smaller one of my set down a little to gert it to fit, but it works like a charm.
