Muskogee I think. They have a 300 ft. submarine anchored in a park. It's down in a depression kinda bowl shaped. Flooding filled the bowl with 15' water. Some of the anchors broke and half the sub is floating. If it breaks completely loose it will float on down the river until it comes up against a dam. Will then flood several communities. Anyone familiar with this?

It's always floating on the Arkansas River.
Precautions are being taken for the high water that's coming from Oklahoma that's supposed to get here Wednesday.
