New Holland 7810S

I have a New Holland 7810S. When I rev up or set rpm at 540 pto speed hear an intermittent screeching sound like a fan belt or water pump. Replaced fan belt and tractor does not heat. There is no sign or smell or antifreeze being leaked? This model does not have turbo. Please help with this annoying noise.
P.S. tractor runs great and very quietly until about 1800 rpm's.

Spray the belt with water. If it goes away for a few seconds it is a belt problem. My money is on the tensioner.
