In it's earlier life, it probably was a power unit for a cotton picker. Drop rear axle, no seat, looks like long steering shaft, tall single front wheel, and the power connection all point to that use.

That's me the Old Scovy standing by that cotton picker. No I never did run one of them and Freddie the guy that took the picture never did either. Who is JMOR ? How did he get a hold of that picture ? LOL that's funny. That picture was taken in Leesberg Fl. . Old Scovy

Kcm.MN Did you know that the shifting lever comes up out of the transmission on the right side of the platform next to the original brake pedals and not on the clutch side ? I guess that gives it 5 speeds going backwards and one speed the other way. .Old Scovy

Me? I know nuttin. ...Don't believe me? Just ask me any question and I'll give a wrong answer. It's almost guaranteed! *lol*

No sir, didn't know that. I only knew it was a MCH because I ran across this pic, which I searched for because of an old Mecum auction video. See? *lol*

This was (and probably still will be) gonna be a future Tractor Pic.

ust one of the old tractor forums people. I saw the picture on a YT forum about Oct 2018 and picture dated May 2014 (according to my computer files). I have a SMTA and remember those pickers from my youth at the Farmers CO OP cotton gin, so I saved it. Don't know who posted it?
