Another grandson learns to drive

This is my grandson Randell,
my son Nick's boy. He has been
waiting for a chance to learn
to drive the mower so he can
mow my grass this summer. He
lives just a mile right down
my road. He's doing a
fantastic job and is a quick
learner.

Mowing.

Never seen a case mower before! I learned to mow with a snapper, that case looks alot more fun.

They are unique in that they have hydraulic drive, not hydrostatic. Just a pump and hydraulic motor on a 2spd axle. My brother has one he claims will do 12 mph in high gear. His is newer than mine and faster, but this one clips right along in high too. I wouldn't be able to keep up with it.

My boys learned about that age, and I made sure they always wore ear protection. Good habit to get into.

Yep, mine learned the same way except I put em on a decent one and didn't punish em with a Case.

Be careful what you get
involved in. Big tee has been
picking at me for well over a
year because of back when he
was working on that trailer
and after several folks here,
including me, tried to help,
he got crabby and started
making fun of us. After a bit
it made me mad and so I
explained to him that I didn't
care whether he took the
advice, but I wasn't going to
tolerate him making fun of
folks over it. I explained
that he could drop it and let
it go or I would exposed just
how poor of a job he was doing
on that trailer, and provided
proof I knew what I was
talking about. He lost it to
the point that he had a
temporary ban from here I
believe. Since then, well over
a year's worth, he has been
poking at me at regular
intervals. He has drawn a few
others in who I suspect don't
understand the issue. I
finally had enough and will
hit back til he drops it. If
you want to participate in it
too, I'll add you to the list
as well. But I would rather
just be friends. Your choice
tho. And that goes for the
others as well, you choose.

Jon you?re gonna ruin him for every other lawn tractor he comes across in his future.

That's great Jon, I can't wait to do the same thing with my Grandson next time he visits, he's 10 and can drive the 4 wheeler (slowly). They live in North Carolina, don't see them nearly enough but still proud that my daughter and her husband serve our country. He's a Gunny with 5 years left and she's retired (mother of three, harder work than the corps lol) it doesn't get any better when we're together, sometimes seems all the in between stuff is just waiting, makes me smile watching that video thanks for posting!

From an old guy who has a profound hearing loss from ,oise induced environment, get some ear plugs and muffs on thatkid. Eye protection too.
