Long 610 lift arms and hydraulics

I just picked up a Long 610 DTC with just over 300 original hours.
Everything seems to work fine except the rear 3 point arms will not lift up. I was going to check the rear hydraulic level but there is no dipstick. I assume there must be some level plug that I cannot find but unsure where it is. Anyone have any ideas how to check the oil level? Other possibilities with the arms?
Thanks!

The strainer for the hydraulic line may need cleaning its in the tube up a long side of the engine in the suction line.Take the two bolts out pull the cap off and the strainer
pulls out.

I believe the Long 610 is the FIAT/UTB 4 cylinder version of the 3 cyl 445 I used to have. Under the seat on the right side of mine was a factory fitted lever that operated a hydraulic splitter situated to the left of the seat. This had to be down to operate the front loader, up to operated the rear spool valve & midway to use the lift arms. Only one circuit could be used at a time.
Have a look for that & check what position the lever is in.
